- Days - support days that can be used for holiday cover of your existing engineers or for scheduled work
- Units - pay-as-you-go telephone and remote access remedial support. This is charged in 15 minute intervals against a prepayment
- Self Help - allows you to look up your previous problems and their resolution
We usually start by undertaking a site survey and review of your existing systems, making sure that your system documentation is up to date. Once this has been completed we can also make recommendations to improve system performance or reduce long term costs.
